WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE ANALYZER
The Insite Instrumentation Group Model 20 dissolved oxygen sensor is a unique product that combines advanced electronics with solid-state, optical sensing technology. The sensor is based on the field proven design of the Model 10 family of sensors with over 10,000 units shipped. To this proven design, the Model 20 adds the ability to mount the sensors throughout the plant without having to deal with running conduit between the sensor and analyzer. This allows for significant savings on installation costs while also allowing maximum flexibility in sensor placement. No other dissolved oxygen sensor can compare with the features and benefits of this revolutionary design.
The Model 20 sensor was designed to measure the dissolved oxygen levels in open basins or channels.
The Model 20HT sensor was designed to be inserted into a pipe. The sensor is epoxy, polyurethane, and 316 SS.
The Model 25PI sensor was designed to be inserted into a pipe. The sensor is epoxy, polyurethane, and 316 SS.
WIRELESSLY CONNECTS SENSORS WITH THE PT2 ANALYZER
The Insite Instrumentation Group ST2 will wirelessly connect any series 20 sensor with the PT2 process analyzer. Compatible sensors include DO, SS, pH, and ORP sensors. The system allows for flexible and economical process monitoring and control.
WIRELESSLY CONNECTS THIRD PARTY SENSORS TO THE PT2 MESH NETWORK
The ST3 transmitter will allow any sensor or instrument with a 4-20 mA output to be included in an Insite PT2 wireless network. This makes it possible for the readings from those units to be displayed and trended alongside the readings from Insite Model 20 series sensors at the PT2.
Dissolved Oxygen—Suspended Solids—pH—ORP
The InsiteIG Portable Meter is a unique instrument that combines advanced electronics with exceptional functionality and ease of use. The meter will accept any standard portable DO, SS, pH, or ORP sensor and will automatically configure itself for the correct operation. The quick-disconnect, mil-spec connectors allow for quick sensor swaps. The meter includes a 250 point data logger that records sensor type, sensor reading, date, time, and location.
