The S272 series of pH and ORP sensors deliver reliable online monitoring for in-line or submersion installation.
Double-junction reference extends sensor lifetime by preventing contamination of the reference with sample components that interact with Silver (Ag).
Minimal maintenance required due to the flat glass measurement surface, which also reduces the threat of measurement surface breakage.
A versatile sensor for moderate and multi-purpose applications.
S272 sensors come with a fully integrated cable assembly, and automatic temperature compensation is available for applications where it is required
Continuous online pH monitoring in wastewater and coating industrial applications leads to contamination and eventually requires sensors to be replaced. A differential pH sensor utilizes a measurement technique designed to extend the working lifetime of sensors in challenging applications. Replacing the sensor reference "Salt Bridge" and buffered electrolyte solution can prevent sensor replacements, saving time and money. Our SD7500 Series features a combination sensor output; these differential pH sensors can be used with any conventional pH/ORP transmitter.
Our SD7000 series of differential pH sensor offers unsurpassed pH measurement accuracy by minimizing reference junction fouling and eliminating ground loops. These units deliver greater reliability and less required maintenance than a conventional combination pH sensor. Extended sensor lifetime can be achieved by replacing the sensor reference (salt bridge). Reliably measures pH in environments with rapid temperature changes with built-in quick response automatic temperature compensation (ATC).
Applications such as pulp and paper or dye manufacturing and industrial wastewater treatment may expose pH probes to harsh conditions and chemicals. A differential pH probe utilizes a special measurement technique, which extends the working lifetime of the sensor in challenging applications. Replacing the sensor reference (salt bridge) and buffered electrolyte solution can extend working lifetime, which saves timely, costly replacements.
Our SD7420CD features differential sensor technology with a direct 4-20mA output, so it can be integrated into control systems without the use of a transmitter or controller.
The submersion pH and ORP electrodes from Sensorex are designed for measurements in tanks, flumes and sewer lines. Submersion designs are also well suited for high suspended solids applications, flocculation operations which require low velocities, or in tanks with high agitation.
In-line mountings are ideal for replacing existing threaded electrodes. They are useful in piping systems where flow can be shut off for electrode maintenance and where flow rates match the application’s needs; for example, turbulent flow is needed in self-cleaning applications.
Without the need for system shutdown for electrode maintenance, the insertion assembly allows pH measurements to be made in pressurized tanks and main lines. The assembly’s adjustable insertion depth allows it to be placed in a turbulent flow region, enabling it to operate in the self-cleaning mode.
The TX10 and TX20 transmitter series offers a cost effective, small footprint solution for pH and ORP process monitori. Save space in your panel with either of these 1/8 DIN size models. The simple and easy to understand user interface features a four button membrane keypad for quick set up and programming. The TX10 has an isolated, reversible 4-20mA current output, providing versatility for a wide range of process control applications.
The TX100 pH/mV transmitter is a loop-powered 4-20mA transmitter with a wide range of useful features and programmable options. Five buffer choices are available in two-point calibration mode. The 4-20mA output is scaleable in pH or mV units and has 500V input to output isolation.
The TX2000 pH/mV is a full-featured pH or ORP controller. Simply power up your TX2000 with 110-240V AC power and you get a controller with a wide range of useful features:
2 relays, 1 wash control, 2 each 4-20mA outputs (pH & Temp or ORP & Temp).
Calibration is easy using maximum of 3 Tech or NIST buffers and can be password protected with a programmable security code.
Mounting choices include: wall or panel with all fittings included.
